Views & Configuration
List
PAT Lists allow the user to display data from multiple records in a flexible format. The user has complete control over list content and formatting and can filter, sort and group the list. The contents of any list can be exported to Text, CSV, HTML, XML or Excel.
Dashboard
PAT dashboards allow the user to condense large amounts of data into a small space. Each dashboard line shows the number of rows returned by the underlying query. The user can drill into any dashboard line to show the underlying records.
Grid
PAT grids allow the user to summarise data in an easily readable format. The user can choose the axes of the grid and the query that controls the records returned. The user can drill into any grid cell to show the underlying records.
Advanced Grid
PAT advanced grids allow the user to define multiple elements for each axis. Grid cell contents can be counted, totalled or displayed as text. Unused rows and columns can be hidden and grid cells may be coloured according to the value of a specified attribute.
Diary
PAT diaries allow the user to display time related data in a familiar format. Daily, weekly and monthly diaries can be constructed and filled with data from a specified query. Diaries may refer to people, groups or any other entity such as a building or a project.
Gantt Chart
PAT Gantt charts allow the user to display project data in a standard format. Each bar on the Gantt chart may show a name and two additional data elements using a colour and an icon. The contents of a Gantt chart are determined by the underlying query and may include any required time based items.
Planner
PAT Planners allow the user to construct familiar SASCO™ planner views. Information drawn from the underlying query can be displayed for any required combination of resources. Colours and icons can be used to categorise the data further.
Tree
PAT Trees allow the user to display data hierarchies in a tree format. The user may specify the relationships to be shown by the tree and may choose to display the tree along with an inline data pane.
Scorecard
PAT Scorecards allow the user to display data using both a size and a colour metric in an easy to comprehend format. Scorecards are ideal for summarising key status information and criticality at a glance.
Graphs
PAT Graphs allow the user to display data in a simple graphical format. The user can specify whether a pie or a bar graph should be displayed and can choose the field that will be used to group the data. The underlying records returned can be controlled using an optional query.
Line Graph
PAT Line Graphs allow the user to plot one or more data series as a standard line graph. The user may control the x and y axes, the colour and the line type.
S-Curve Graph
PAT S-Curve graphs allow the user to display earned value data from selected projects or programmes. S-curves automatically extrapolate the end date and total cost of the project from the data provided.
Bubble Graph
PAT Bubble Graphs allow the user to construct graphs using up to four metrics. The user can define the x and y axes, the colour and the size of the bubble. The underlying records returned can be controlled using an optional query.
Timesheet
PAT Timesheets allow the user to record actual and planned time against any time based activity from task to programme. The user can configure the system to generate automatic forward time entries making resource planning and timesheet completion extremely efficient.
