PAT requires no client software other than a browser and can be configured as a single server connected to your intranet or as a hosted service.

As a result PAT can be configured and deployed without delay and is available instantly to anyone with a browser and a login - worldwide.

PAT can often replace numerous existing point solutions, helping to prevent the proliferation of islands of information and enabling users to standardise procedures and templates. Existing repositories can also leverage PAT functionality through interfaces or integration.

PAT provides the following interfacing capabilities:

• Bi-directional interface using a ‘drop’ directory (generally MS-Excel© or csv)
• Bi-directional interface to any SQL Data Source (for which a JDBC driver exists)
• Bi-directional interface using http request/response
