BBC Scotland moved to new purpose-built headquarters buildings at Pacific Quay on the River Clyde in 2007.  Working closely with the BBC Scotland Programme Office Team, Ninth Wave implemented PAT in 2004 to:

• support, manage and report on the programme's work streams, work packages and key milestones,
• record issues, risks, change requests, policies and lessons learned and
• provide a repository for programme documents.

The system, named ATLAS and configured to meet BBC Scotland's specific needs, is used by the programme executives, team leaders, technical specialists, third party contractors and the programme office.
