Ninth Wave is an independent software solutions and consulting firm with specialist expertise in information technology, programme and project management.
Founded in 1995, Ninth Wave has three directors and more than 30 employees and associates. With a combined experience of 25 years at KPMG prior to setting up Ninth Wave, the directors have vast knowledge of project and programme management and first hand experience of successfully implementing complex IT projects. Ninth Wave associates have backgrounds in ‘Big 4’ consulting firms and blue chip companies.
Ninth Wave has a range of clients in the financial, manufacturing, telecoms and technology sectors including, AT&T, Beauchamp Financial Technology, Chordiant Software, Citibank, Daiwa Europe, Deutsche Bank, GlaxoSmithKline, KPMG, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, NM Rothschild, Oracle, Thompson-CSF and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Jon Lewis
Jon joined Ninth Wave as a director in 1997 after eleven years as a consultant and group manager with KPMG. Jon is experienced in project and programme management, IT consultancy and practice management. Other areas of expertise include accounting and management information systems, IT strategy and systems selection and implementation.
Richard Meakin
Richard co-founded Ninth Wave in 1995 after eight years as a consultant and manager with KPMG. He is a specialist in IT project and programme management within the financial sector. He has practical knowledge of all aspects of IT from strategy to implementation. An experienced lecturer in project management, Richard has developed project management training courses, methodologies, databases and software tools.
Andrew Snowdon
Andrew co-founded Ninth Wave in 1995 after six years as a consultant and manager with KPMG. A computer science graduate, he has over twenty years experience in IT and is a skilled project and programme manager. He has acquired a range of skills from roles in systems planning, development, implementation, sales and marketing and a secondment as Group IT Director for a PLC.
